Role & responsibilities for the position of Technician 1. Basic understanding of Computer operating, Microsoft Word and Excel. 2. Knowledge of electrical panels and various equipment operations. 3. Knowledge of solar PV systems. 4. Previous knowledge of inverter troubleshooting, and string troubleshooting. 5. Knowledge of engineering and problem-solving skills. 6. Previous experience in performance analysis of solar power plants. 7. Previous experience in reporting to management. 8. Knowledge of safety protocols, and safe operation in solar power plants. 9. Manage laborers and subcontractors. 10. Teamwork, working with coordination of other team members. Preferred candidate profile 1.Monitor and analyze solar 2.PV system performance. 3.Execute preventive 4.maintenance schedules. 5.Troubleshoot and repair technical issues. 6.Document maintenance activities and generate reports.
